Arbitration and other ADR

The dispute resolution in national courts is a very time-consuming process, which may, in worst case, last for years. Thus, more often parties to commercial contracts tend to agree in resolving disputes through arbitration.

Our litigators have remarkable experience in client representation in arbitration, foremost in the Arbitration Court of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. We also represent clients in alternative dispute resolution procedures, e,g, in the FIDIC's Dispute Adjudication Board.

We also represent our clients in national dispute resolution bodies, e.g. the Public Procurement Dispute Committee, the Labour Dispute Committee, the Industrial Property Committee.
