Eerik Entsik

Eerik Entsik is the founder and Managing Partner of Entsik & Partners Law Firm. Eerik has over 10 years of experience in advising both Estonian and international companies on different transactions and issues involving commercial and financial law. He has advised numerous companies on M&A and structuring process. Eerik is a highly valued real estate law professional. He has advised voluminous development projects and important business real estate transactions as the legal advisor of both Estonian and foreign investors. Eerik has extensive experience in advising clients on tax law and tax disputes. He has deep knowledge of enterprise insolvency regulations. He has practiced as a trustee in bankruptcy and represented his clients in numerous bankruptcy proceedings and disputes.

Eerik has been elected a member of the Ministry of Justice Evaluation Committee of Trustees in Bankruptcy.
