Marko Mehilane

Marko Mehilane is the law firm partner, who primarily specializes in advising construction, real estate and services companies.

Marko also provides advice for different companies and their managing bodies on corporate law. Before joining Entsik & Partners Marko has worked for several years in Law Office LAWIN. Through his previous work experience, he has acquired good knowledge of corporate and commercial law, and litigation.

Marko is an experienced public procurement specialist. He has advised clients on preparation and execution of several major Estonian public procurements and most important infrastructure projects. According to Who´s Who Legal Marko is one of the leading public procurement lawyers in Estonia. Marko gives lectures at the University of Tartu and is a frequent speaker at seminars and trainings.
